At Formanoir, our goal is to deliver garments that reflect elegance, precision, and craftsmanship. However, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with a smooth return or exchange process.

By purchasing from formanoir.in , you agree to the policy outlined below. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery for domestic orders.

• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange at the moment.

• When we receive your item, it will undergo a quality check before processing your exchange or refund.

Processing Timelines

• Exchanges are usually completed within 7–10 working days after QC approval.

• If the requested item or size is unavailable, you’ll be informed or given an alternative option.

• Refunds (for eligible returns) are initiated within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Have all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Be free from stains, odors, or visible damage.

• Match the details of the original order.

Products that fail QC or appear used will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discounted products.

• Gift cards or custom orders.

• International shipments.

Order Cancellation

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

• Refunds will be issued only for approved returns after QC.

Important Delivery Check

Every Formanoir shirt passes through multiple quality checks before shipping. We still recommend:

1. Inspect the outer packaging when your parcel arrives.
   If it appears tampered, torn, or opened — kindly refuse delivery and take a photo/video in front of the courier.

2. If you refuse the package, it will be automatically returned to us.
   Once we verify, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. If you accept a damaged package without proof, Formanoir will not be liable for return or refund.
